Dan Uggla belted a three run homer and Jorge Cantu blasted a solo shot as the Marlins held on to beat the Dodgers 7-6. Uggla, Cantu and Hanley Ramirez all had a pair of hits while Cameron Maybin had a tough game with three strikeouts.
Andrew Miller gave up three runs in four innings but he still walked away with the win. Doug Waechter was also touched up for three runs while Joe Nelson got the Marlins out of the ninth to pick up his fourth save.
The Marlins play the Twins tomorrow in a day game. Chris Volstad gets the start.
